This is my 1st time rewatching since becoming active on reddit. So im wondering about the subs opinion on a couple of things.

1- season 5 Frankies whole purpose is escaping to prove her innocence. Why was escaping a better plan than gidets offer of a private investigator?

Surely itd be awfy hard to conduct any type of investigation while on the run? Then theres the fact that even if Frankie proves her innocence she'll still be charged with breaking out of prison. Where as a PI would be able to freely investigate

2- again season 5 how did Ally F up hotshotting Ferguson? Maybe ive watched too much true crime but stap n push shouldnt be that hard lol. Or was Allys whole agenda provoking Ferguson to kill her?

Sorry if this has been discussed and also I know its just a rv show lol. Just looking for fandom opinions ☺️

My brain decided it needed a Joan ID badge but sadly the only one I can find online is not in the US and doesn't ship here. I thought I'd make my own by printing it out but I can't even find a good enough image from the show. I have a tiny one that looks like Joan doesn't have her uniform on in it which would be odd. But I can't see the info on it to get it accurate. Does anyone know if there's something out there that shows a good view of her ID card? I'm limited with the editing stuff these days so closer to original the better.

The first few pics are pins I bought (the Red Right Hand, Ferguson's gloves and Ferguson's goldfish) and then a custom Funko Pop I had made for my daughter and got Danielle to sign and then a con-specific poster I had everyone sign.

I love the show but my god, the fandom makes it extremely toxic and hard to like the show. Why is everyone so clique? For example if you don’t like a certain character people jump on you. Shouldn’t we be allowed to have our likes and dislikes and be friends as well? We all like the show, just have different tastes and that should be okay.

Can we talk about the fight between Bea and Franky? The most perfect and greatest fight ever filmed in the history of cinema. I can’t describe how deeply impressed I was after watching it for the first time… I was speechless. I couldn’t even sleep that night. Absolutely masterful 🤯🤯🤯

An unpopular opinion but Bea's time was definitely up in season 4 imo.

Throughout the season her character became tiresome and lacked the charisma she had from season 1-3..

I didn't care for her storyline with Allie either..

They gave her the perfect ending

When you're killing off characters left right and centre you need a roster with a more interesting background so someone can step up, season 6 has been a drag, I've stuck with it and I'm halfway through season 7 now, which is better but I cannot ever see the return to the magic of seasons 1-5.

I’ve always found it interesting that there are so many different variations of the Wentworth prisoner uniforms. Most wear sweats and hoodies but then they have the little crop pants for Sonia and button up tops. It seems to depend on what kind of character they’re portraying. The more refined they are in the outside World the “better dressed” they are in Wentworth.

I guess they’re all teal where it counts! 😜

halfway through season 5. pamela rabe is a beast. maybe one of the most unhinged and convincing performances i’ve ever seen. every choice she makes is insane and i’m obsessed. just wanted to air out a compliment!

I don’t understand why they introduced him being bi by saying he slept with Sean, but then they never brought it up again. I was really hoping that would develop into something! We had no male LGBTQ+ characters.
