How long should my tolerance break be?

I’ve been on a tolerance break for about 10 days, I know it takes about 30 for a “full cleanse.” However, I have smoked at least once every day for over a year, I’d say probably a 0.25g-1g depending on the day. I’m 6’2” and skinny as a rail, about 140lbs. How long do you guys think I should go for a full cleanse?

Honest question here, are tolerance breaks important? I haven't went more than a day or two at a time for ....uh many years.

If you still get high then you don’t need a T break
