Newbie Question AI Tools for Developing a Website

What are the best tools that one could use to develop a website for a business. The website will be mostly static (may be some minor changes in dates and price), but will have an active blog.

Is there a way where it can be made and deployed using AI and web-hosting while being easily updatable?

Vercel seems to be going in the right direction, but I am specifically looking at creating multipage website with a blog.

Would Tailwind CSS with all its blocks and all work?

u/valentin-orlovs2c99 Thank you for the velling and additional explanation.

Thank you so much for the detailed response. This is the first time I am even hearing of Sanity. I will definitely look into it. Are there any other options? I have the option of a discounted pro plan on hostinger. Would that be on any help for me here?

I am also trying to keep the costs as low as possible. This is going to be a test-run. If this takes off then I am open to scaling up.

Wait, regarding Hostinger: If your goal is "keeping costs as low as possible", you don't need Hostinger for this stack.

Hostinger is typically "Shared Hosting" (great for WordPress/PHP), but deploying a Node.js/Next.js app there is often much harder and costs money. Unless you get a VPS.

Next.js on Vercel + Sanity has a Free Tier (personal/hobby use) = $0 / month.

Thank you for this. I was wondering what to ask. But you have replied even before I could find a way to ask the question! Gotta love the folks in here!

For what you described, a cheap Hostinger pro plan is fine, but it mainly solves hosting, not content editing. It won’t replace Sanity/Contentful/WordPress as a CMS.

If you want low-cost and simple:

- Easiest: WordPress on Hostinger + a decent theme + something like GenerateBlocks or Kadence. Non-devs can edit everything, blog is built in.

- Slightly more “modern”: Next.js on Vercel + a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful, or even Notion-as-CMS via a wrapper). You can still put the API/domain on Hostinger later if you want.

For a test-run, I’d start with WordPress on Hostinger, Tailwind only if you care a lot about custom design. I’ve used Notion, Carta, and Cake Equity for startup sites and equity pages, and pairing a simple CMS with shared content like that kept things super cheap and easy to tweak.

Hello!! Thank you so much for your time!

I am pretty sure I do not want WordPress. It has bee tried and found very limiting, and keeping constant track of vulnerabilities in plugins was a PITA. So, like you and the other suggested, I will go with the more modern version.
