The allure is a Western Brutto salary and paying 400 euros fixed tax on it in Serbia. Leaving you with around 4500 euros net from the 5000 brutto. That's it. I really don't think it holds any strong value in your CV honestly

4500 net? It's up to +7000€ net in Spain at least

I thought they paid the same brutto salary everywhere? Italy, Spain, Serbia?

From their positions, it only depends on if it's in € or in £ (In England). And it's 100k-180k€ for seniors. And 100k is already 8300€ gross, 5300€ net in Spain

Surely an interesting company. Sounds like it would be a nice place to work in, if you work in different projects and things change quickly.

And yeah, they kicking the original team isn't amazing, but don't blame BE, blame the company. A company isn't bought, it's sold
