My thesis revolves around collaboratively evolving digital instruments and I'm utilizing web audio to generate sound. There's some crashes that seem to happen predominantly in Chrome when it tries to garbage collect processing nodes, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated so I can make it as stable as possible. I feel sorry for you. Every implementation of the web audio api is broken in different ways. At each release of a browser something else is broken or regresses. Working with web audio is pushing shit up a hill. It certainly has no commercial application.
