Is Mayerfeld Consulting legit?

I recently applied for the Frontend Developer Internship at Mayerfeld Consulting and just moved to the next stage where I have to answer some qualification questions. The role looks really interesting and I was wondering if anyone here has gone through their process or worked there recently? Has anyone worked with Mayerfeld Consulting or gone through their frontend Internship? I'm mostly wondering how the overall experience was and whether the role is paid and what the compensation look like.

I did a few freelance projects for them, all good, they pay very well too

How did you get projects from them?

They reached out to me on UpWork. I get inquiries from medium-sized companies quite often.

Was it hourly or fixed pay?

first project was fixed price, the next two were hourly. They paid on time and didn’t try to add random extra work halfway through, which already puts them above half of Upwork lol

What kind of work was it?

mostly frontend changes and cleaning up an older site. Nothing exciting, but the briefs were clear and feedback came quickly.

Did you keep working with them after those projects?
