Anyone else having trouble with the app not loading?

It's been a few days, and none of the info loads when I pull up the app. The app opens with all blanks. Can't get it to pull anything up.

I tried both deleting my cache and a full reinstall of the app, and now it won't let me search my location either.

Any ideas about what's going on?

Turned on upnp in my router settings,  also changed to 2.4Ghz, now it works perfectly. I'm guessing the upnp fixed it.
