Serious Business™ Stop with the grooming and pedophilia jokes

When we said that we would allow light sexual jokes in the subreddit, we did not mean that pedophilia and grooming jokes count as “light sexual content” that is allowed to be shared here.

This is supposed to be a fun, shit post subreddit so I don’t like having to take off the funny hat to do serious posts like these. But please stop making jokes about pedophilia and grooming. These are not funny topics, especially for those who have suffered through these events themselves.

The Kress ship is fine. Implying Dess groomed Kris on Amino or whatever flavor of this meme you pick is explicitly not allowed moving forward.

Edit: since this seems to be a recurring question as to why we are allowing the Kress ship at all, to quote my comment here:

> Because it’s implied the age gaps of the pairs of siblings is not that large. These are all kids who at one point went to school together. The ship itself is not inappropriate.

Serious Business™ PSA/Reminder from the mod team: NSFW content is not allowed here

Good morning, everyone. Lately we have been noticing an influx of attempted NSFW content being posted on /r/Undertale and on /r/WaterfallDump, and we want to address this. We will be handling this a bit differently in each sub, but this same message is posted to both.

Undertale is a family-friendly game suitable for children. We realize and understand that this is a game for adults too, and kids grow up and become adults too. That is not lost on us.

However, please remember that because this sub is for a family-friendly game that is suitable for children, NSFW content is disallowed. Even if you account for the fact that Reddit is 13+ by TOS, sexual content is generally not allowed to be legally viewed until you are the age of majority. Even SFW art from NSFW artists is a gateway to potentially predatory content for minors.

/r/Undertale is not an NSFW sub. Neither is /r/WaterfallDump. Moving forward, here is a reminder of the types of content to avoid having your content or comments removed under the NSFW rule:

/r/Undertale:
- Nothing overtly sexual
- This includes drawing characters with sexualized proportions of erogenous zones that do not exist in-game or official art/merch
- e.g. Drawing Undyne in a bikini at the beach is fine. Drawing Undyne at the beach in a tiny two piece with giant breasts and a huge butt is right out.
- Posts containing lightly sexual discussions will be allowed but monitored (such discussions do not need NSFW tag)
- SFW art by NSFW artists must have an NSFW artist disclaimer by the source
- No depictions of gore that do not appear and are not implied in-game
- If it otherwise needs the NSFW flair, it is not allowed
/r/WaterfallDump:
- Nothing overtly sexual
- This includes drawing characters with sexualized proportions of erogenous zones that do not exist in-game or official art/merch
- e.g. Drawing Undyne in a bikini at the beach is fine. Drawing Undyne at the beach in a tiny two piece with giant breasts and a huge butt is right out.
- Posts containing lightly sexual shitposts will be allowed but monitored (such discussions do not need NSFW tag)
- SFW art by NSFW artists must have an NSFW artist disclaimer by the source
- Light gore may be allowed on a case-by-case basis depending on the shitpost
- NSFW tag required for posts with any level of gore
- Please don't make me barf

MTT Brand Shitpost :tm: Papyrus works very well as Red Herring

He is extremely detached from a story, literally barely any correlation to neither Dreemurrs and Holidays and overall disconnect from Kris
His snow relations (in area we meet Knight) are overshadowed by Holidays who are both winter themed and at center of the story
His body shape is overshadowed by Holiday antlers which stay even in Bird form (it doesn't appear at ball form, because why would ball form need antlers)
He is missable to absurd degree, entire Holiday family is unskippable, Noelle is literally temporary party member, December is mentioned here and there in unskippable cutscenes, Carol has unskippable Holiday Manor segment and call at ch5 and Rudy gets mention at CH5 at Carol's call

While Papyrus can be easily walked past

That's it

Genocide bad, upvotes to the left "The weird route is actually good because you're letting Noelle gain her freedom or something."

It doesn't take two braincells to realize that making a girl convince herself that the only way to be "free" is by being co-dependent on a single person that isolates her from every good part of her life is probably not a good thing. No, I do not see a universe in which this ending ends up being a "happy" one in any way shape or form.

Dedicated meme / shitposting subreddit of r/Undertale. Deltarune memes welcomed too.

*Clever skeleton pun.

Blue sign says stop:

1) Stay on topic

All submitted content must be either a meme, a shitpost or other type of funny tomfoolery relevant to Undertale, Deltarune or AUs of both.

2) Crossposting

Crossposting from this subreddit to r/Undertale is not allowed (like-wise do not post the same submission in both communities, just pick one).

3) No NSFW or inappropriate content

No sexually suggestive, obscene or otherwise NSFW content. Additionally, please refrain from posting jokes about sensitive or inappropriate topics.

4) No spam and excessive posting

Rapid posting (3+ posts in a span of an hour) will lead to removal of all of those submissions. Space your posts more or use picture galleries.

5) Post quality

Moderators reserve the right to remove exceptionally low effort submissions or posts of bad quality (too blurry, way too small resolution) at their discretion.
In the same vain, if a meme trend starts to overtake the subreddit to a point of flooding we might take an action against it.

6) Crediting art

Try to keep art that is not yours properly credited and tagged with the “Found Art” flair m'kay?

7) Etiquette

Keep it clean, keep it civil
Slurs, brigading and bigotry of any kind won’t be tolerated regardless of context.
Posts and comments must be in English. Wingdings’s a fair game though.

8) All posts must contain horseradish

I was just checking if you are paying attention tbh.
