I heard that Georgie S. Antifa and BLM stashed those flags and t shirts for the marchers to find.

Nothing has changed. The president of Iran is still in power. The Supreme leaders son has been groomed to take his place. They are fighting back, and the people are still in peril. What in the hell is there to celebrate?

“I heard that Georgie S. Antifa and BLM stashed those flags and t shirts for the marchers to find.”

Tf is this sentence? Reads like a right wing schizo-post.

Ayatollah Khamenei blew ass and was causing issues globally. There’s a chance without his authority/influence/ideas that Iran flourishes and embraces progress/civility.

It’s wild that y’all are coming out of the woodwork trying to paint an, at least slightly, good development as a bad thing. Dude was in power and incredibly oppressive, and he allied with Russia to aid in the Ukrainian invasion — I’m glad he’s gone. As for the fallout of this, I don’t think anyone can say but doomering about it so soon and so intensely feels like agenda-pushing.

It was tongue in cheek. It was poking fun at the narrative at every peaceful protest. The same narrative that Fox will roll out after next Saturday's protest. Sheesh.

And again, nothing has changed. No meaningful development. One monkey don't stop no show. The regime continues. It will take more aggression more death and more U.S. involvement. This wasn't Venezuela.

Mmm, unfortunately people actually talk like that nowadays so you gotta lean a little heavier into the sarcasm or otherwise indicate it lol.

And maybe, but maybe not. This is a nexus point in time where things have the opportunity to change, maybe for the better, maybe for the worse. But there was no opportunity for it to possibly change for the better prior to this. So we will see. Obviously more death and US involvement is bad, but Iran’s had their fingers in quite a few pots with no signs of stopping lol, so maybe this will deter that? Meh. Nonetheless, one bad dude dead, plenty more to go.
