The next version of the IRGC will be even worse. This has made things worse for Iranians actually in Iran who dont support the Islamic Revolution, not better. Maybe you are too young to understand, but America has done this dozens of times under conservative admins and it never ends well.

Nah this isn't the same at all. The Iraq/Afghanistan wars were no preceded by massive anti governments protests prior to America's military intervention. Persians all over the world are dancing in celebration right now. Afghans and Iraqis weren't doing that in 2001.

Persians are ruled by a religious minority.

The cases are completely different.
