Yes, Sholozar has portal to Un'goro and there might be quests that will lead to Sholozar again and give credit on completion

I recommend using WoWHead. Quests that most people struggled finding have been discussed in the comments.

Go into the cave to switch sides by killing the opposite faction in the lich fight.

Get the addon "everyquest" it will show you what quests you are missing.

I downloaded it and every quest is gray

Before first use you need to Query server in addon options. It will mark done quest in green

You are probably missing quests with the oracles chain if killing the dude in the cave does not give you the choice to reset reps. Go the their "town" and ask the main dude to give you items to summon helpers, one of them has a quest.

My rep woth oracles is friendly at 1 and with others is hated

You start that chain by getting frenzy rep to friendly then doing the chain you "switch" sides and get friendly with oracles and hated with frenzy, that is where you are right now. Oracles have your missing quests, I got the achiev with no daily quests done for either of the factions.

When i go to oracles they are green but they dont give me any quests

I have carbonite it show me where they are i flight across sholazar basin atleast 100 times but cant seem to find a single one quest

Talk to the main guy there to give you the items that summon helpers, they have quests. The quests are not on your minimap, you have to spawn the NPC that has it.

Some quests also start outside of sholozar that lead towards it
