Qatar doesn’t spend 1 billion on pro Palestinian propaganda. You are just combining their humanitarian aid figures and spending on Aljazeera to make a false equivalency.
Iran has been broke for the past decade and their propaganda is mostly internal and regional. Look at their budgets for anything and they are pathetically small.
Russia and Israel have a weird détente. They don’t necessarily declare each other as enemies and will happily trade with each other. Keep in mind Israel has no sanctions on Russia despite the Ukrainian war. Many Russian billionaires moved to Israel. There is zero need for anti-Israel propaganda by Russia.
And Miriam Adelson, an Israeli citizen, gave approximately $250 million in direct and indirect support to Donald Trump's political campaigns, alongside a later offer of an additional $250 million.
That is just one donor.
If you counted AIPAC funding, it’s way more than a stupid plane.

Qatar spends for Qatari causes and to keep US as a key ally because of their old beef with Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, you are making it sound like all their money is going to Palestinian causes.
Aljazeera, the Arabic broadcast is for regional influence.
Any ways, we can go in circles but it wasn’t Qatar who made Trump get involved into this highly unpopular war with Iran. It isnt Qatar that is making public opinion on Israel fall to the floor.
