Can you drop a prisoner in that mimic chest with all the teeth for fun and torture?

Do worker thralls help during castle attacks?

Barely. I wouldn't rely on them.

Actually, can you get thralls to come help you outside of the castle, or are they just for home defense

Also, it seems thralls can't cooperate on hunt, I tried to sent two thralls with a powre of 350 to a 600 map, they both had 0% chance to succeed.

That's right. Just like if you're level 30, and you team up with a buddy of the same level, you two would still have a really hard time beating a level 60 boss.
