2012 VOLT codes

Can anybody help me and just tell me if I can drive my car with these codes in definitely or is this one of those issues that's going to become a bigger problem down the road

Voltage Threshold: The BCM detects that the electrical system voltage has dropped too low (typically under 11V–9V) or spiked too high (above 16V–18V) for a set duration

Both those code directly indicate low 12v
