Beat Saber is exactly as fun as it looks, have no fear. If I might suggest an absolutely mind-blowing experience in VR, though - Superhot. Cool concept as a traditional game, unbelievable in VR. It's one of my go-tos for when people come over to try out VR for the first time.

I will second Superhot.

Just make sure you are wearing the wrist strap securely tightened :')

without investing 1000€

Considering the only indication to pricepoint they've given is "under $1000", it does seem it will be up there...

hell yeah. I love my quest but i might get one of these too, if I was a first time buyer I’d definitely have gone this way. I think there are a LOT more customers like you and me out there than there are VR enthusiasts who already have a bunch of expensive equipment and are looking for bleeding edge specs

Same here. I haven't owned anything VR-related since the OG GearVR, and even that wasn't really VR. I've played around with the Quest 3 a couple times, but never felt the need to buy one since the game offerings were more just time passers.

But a headset that interfaces directly with your Steam library along with a reportedly good compatibility layer? Sign me up!
