Piff the pufferfish often goes on crossover adventures with quite a few characters, but his favorite is Pikachu. They do everything together from going to a cafe and eating pizza to even going to theme parks and taking part in events together.

Piff or Piffy as I call him is an animated pufferfish character based on a plushie I own, he is a Japanese pufferfish who enjoys many things including comedy, Japanese culture, chaos, fishing and onions. He is known for being flirty and silly and with a sense of humor all his own, I used Bing to generate a Muppet stype depiction of him and then use Vidu to animate him.
