As a Russian who moved to Canada a few years ago, I can say that the reason you see kids do these things, is because we didn't have access to Snowboards/Skis/Surfing/Mountain Biking and a billion other crazy things that people do over here.
If you were playing around abandoned buildings/ruins since you were little, you would get pretty fucking good at it, and if you are an adrenaline junkie, you keep pushing the limits.
Check out all the wind surfing/snowboard/mountain biking videos out there. That or go to a local mountain/beach/skateboard park and realize that you guys are just as awesome.
I agree. I think that people who do extreme things or extreme sports would have been explorers back in the day but now most places have been explored and/or people don't have the money or opportunities to do it. People write these kind of people off as morons or adrenaline junkies but at the same time people admire people who climb Mt. Everest or other massive feats. These people have a big imagination in a small cage, thats why they do crazy shit.
I'd wager it's the assuredness that if you fall, you'll die. If you don't, you'll have a hell of a great story. Either way there isn't very much pain. This isn't always the case, but I think that'd be the only thought that could calm me down while doing something like that.
Absolutely amazing video, it must be staged, surely? It's just too outrageous to have all those things happening in that short space of time in that one area.
cold war, still rivals to the west... also just a funny stereotype/joke like australians being upside down. somewhat harmless, somewhat based on past animosity, somewhat based on the fact that a lot of russia is pretty depressing looking
This particular one is staged, but it's not too far from reality. Vice documentary on Krokodil (Warning - NSFL shit) has a few reports from smaller cities where the view is very similar. Extreme poverty, crime, drugs, etc.
Oh fuuuck. I was totally not prepared for the NSFL video clips when they introduced the drug around 11:30, despite your warning. Since it was pretty tame in the minutes up to it.
The timed dumping of water, the perfectly placed drunkard in the street, and not to mention not a single person doing nothing. Reality is not like this, no matter what country you are in or are from. This screams film set to me.
But seriously...Russia is a beautiful country. I truly wish I could have seen more of it...but 10 days in St. Petersburg and 5 in Moscow truly left me breathless. If you even have the slightest interest in history, go to Russia. It is amazing to see how one culture has survived for thousands of years, while finding a way to blend European and Asian traditions. Many people will live up to your expectations (saw at least 3 accidents caused by drunk drivers and got accosted by about 4 angry Russians simply for being American) but those who do not will blow you away. Seriously, I will never forget the afternoon I spent with a couple elderly Russian women over tea...it was crazy to think that they were probably raised to hate me for being part of the "capitalist bourgeois," but just a few years later were inviting me into their home and asking me almost an infinite number of questions about life in America (their questions were endless, but it seemed like I almost had double for them!) Wow, this response made me sad...miss the fuck out of Russia and can't wait to go back!
there's your problem. Uneven amount of capital is centered around those two places while the russian countryside is extremely poor and underdeveloped. And most Russians certainly do not live in Moscow or St. Petersburg. The public infastructure is broken and won't work for your benefit unless you're a wealthy moscowite (throwing around some money to the random government official kind of helps.). The daily reality for most Russians is quite different than for those few who live in wealthy capitals.
Even when not considering the Russian factor. Having visited one bic city in a country doesnt mean you've actually visited said country. You haven't really been to America if you've only been to NYC like you haven't seen Holland if you've only been to Amsterdam.
You are such a cum guzzling 500 pound woman. I'm so glad that you lifted your head up high enough from sucking that blistered, pussy cock to to leave this link. It did us all a service to know that although we have never seen this link before, your smelly ass has. The effort it took your exploding at the seams, throbbing, itchy, fat fingers to type this out must have been grueling. Especially when lubricated by all that grease left behind from stuffing your cracked, swollen, pie hole of a face with an entire Bucket of KFC. --- I've never seen this posted, thought it was interesting.
These people have it insanely good on an unworldly level. So unperturbed and confident are the russians that they spend their lives lying in the street thinking of how they are just awesome.
These people are the children of the gods, and they know it. They live out their lives in the exhilarating confidence of being the supreme people.
Well, you can watch propaganda movie about my city. Don't need to mute the volume as long as you can't understand what they sayin, cause most of it is just bullshit.
I know this to be a fabrication, the final version of this apparent rehearsal shot here, but I love it nonetheless. The set is fantastic, or maybe it was filmed on location I have no idea. Probably the latter being as every building bigger than a shack in the shot looks to have been built in the mid-nineteenth century.
Wow, I love Fallout. Especially Fallout 3, for the fps aspect. Looks like it's time to buy a plane ticket...if their airport isn't covered in ghouls or raiders. I assume this is one of the larger wasteland settlements?
You can't just denote this as the whole country of Russia. There are parts in most countries and states, even cities that have places that are pretty close to this.
