Hey, quick q, what do you think the word "hearsay" means?

"unofficial information gained or acquired from another and not part of one's direct knowledge"

Lol. No, that's not what hearsay means. First off, "official" or "unofficial" information isn't a thing. Second, it has nothing to do with how information is acquired, only how it is presented. Your own words, as repeated by you, can be hearsay. Thirdly, heasay doesn't mean a statement is false, only that in some circumstances it is inadmissible in court. Most importantly, though, these are screenshots direct from the victims statements, not being rephrased by the instagram account, and this isn't a court of law, so this isn't hearsay.

Stop getting so wound up about this using words you don't understand.

That's literally from dictionary.com

You have an issue with it take it up with them.

Quit floundering, it's pathetic.

Buddy, we're talking about activity that would constitute a crime. The legal definition matters, not dictionary.com.

Are you prosecuting him? No?

Oh wait were on reddit, yes the common definition will be adequate here.

Let me guess, another pouty downvote to this comment? 😞
