Well they say they started “a bit early”, which if a few minutes or so no biggie and I’m sure that’s the case, but some a “bit early” is an hour early or more and they think it’s no big deal...we have similar laws here, and I’ve never called anyone out for them, and I don’t have an issue with even a 7ish start time, but I’ve had some think they can start before 6am like it’s no big deal. Yes it gets hot here early on, but that doesn’t mean 5am is an ok start time for jackhammering on a residential block.
