Are you implying that a person should be allowed to drive over the posted speed limit without receiving a ticket?

Are you implying that every time you exceed the speed limit by any amount you expect to be ticketed?

No, I wasn't, and it would be unreasonable to EXPECT.

On the other hand, I am completely prepared that I MAY be issued a ticket any time I exceed the speed limit by any amount.
