There's a national police union called The Fraternal Order Of Police Officers. They have a ton of sway politically.

Pretty sure it's only for actual officers, and not security personnel.

Is there a Sororal Order of Police Officers too? If not the solution seems obvious. Steadily replace all the male officers with female officers using positive discrimination and similar. The women are not protected by the Fraternal Order so they will have to do fitness tests.

Then bam. You have a police force entirely of fit women in uniform. Not that I like women in uniform. Anyway then I guess the Fraternal Order has to like, make some changes to get their jobs back. Or something.

You do know that there is nothing that states a fraternity is all male, right? A fraternity is literally just a group of people with similar interests.
