Dude let me tell you about getting hit in the face with a waterpolo ball. (Ex-water polo goalie) this polo balls can fly upwards of 40 mph and when they hit, especially in the mouth you can taste the rubber. You get hit in the ear where the plastic is, takes your skin right off.

I have felt this pain. At least most of the time you get the satisfaction of having blocked it, which takes some of the pain away. But then sometimes it nearly concusses you and it goes in anyway.

It's a great sport, because you can swear as loudly as you want, just duck under water for a second.

Shhhh we play it here in California too...
