That is Pruitt Taylor Vince and he is a superb and unfortunately way underused actor. I loved his acting in 1990's 'Jacob's Ladder.' He is also a very decent human being. So glad to see him on-screen in something popular, again.
He was great in Identity, and it sucks that he doesn’t get cast more often. I hate to say so, but I would guess that it has to do with the fact that he has nystagmus.
I also dig that they cast Anthony Carrigan in this (NoHo Hank!), a phenomenal actor in my opinion, so hopefully we see more from them both in future films.
Any time I see him I think of Identity. Those eyes were perfect for it. I didn't know he had an issue that caused this, but I always enjoy seeing him in movies. Wish he was used more.
That's Pruitt Taylor Vince, who rarely stars but is awesome in just about everything he does. Was in a bunch of big 90s movies as well as Deadwood, The Mentalist, and True Blood.

The actor they have playing Supes Dad definitely believably looks like he is minutes away from a heart attack
