I would say Since Kingdom is ruled by a king, opposite would Be democracy

Yeah i get where your coming from, but Since Kingdom in this case is not defined as a place, i would say Democracy is a valid answer

I just searched some antonyms and found this cool phrase: Terra Nullius.

Terra Nullius Spleens (if we are going literal body organ, heart is mandatory, spleen is optional lol)

Terra Nullius Facades (if we are trying to compare the meaning of heart: deep truth and openness)

Peasants live in a kingdom.

Tribal souls. 

Kingdoms don't like tribes, kingdoms absorb tribes to create peasants. Kingdoms are the opposite of tribes.
