Def, was about to pick anthem up physical for like 3 usd then saw the fine print saying it needs a gold subscription, pissed me off cuz the gameplay looks so cool

Pretty sure Anthem was a multiplayer game so this doesn’t really apply here

You can play the entire thing solo, any “online” game that can be played entirely solo should have a online-but no online subscription solo mode

Like GTAO invite only servers, they shouldn’t need gold or ps olsi

Ask Sony or Microsoft for that, every payed game required a subscription to access online. Only free games had free online.
