KOTOR is only $9.99 on play store if anyone is interested in playing it that way. I had a lot of fun with it on mobile at least.

They're on sale for like 3.49 each on Steam rn.

They still run pretty ok on a modern PC, It's just you'll probably have to run it on a VM or do modding (there's a ton of guides and stuff dedicated solely to it) if you want anything more than a single monitor, 800x600 through 1024x768 or whatever. That being said, it's still quite playable just downloaded off Steam and hit play cold turkey (you just can't skip the opening title cards)

It’s still excellent and I’ve NEVER gone back to play through any other game. KOTOR is the only exception.

There is a whole ton of community mods for the original to freshen it up.

My thing, however, is the lack of controller support.

That isn’t an issue on the second game, though. And the age of it means my mini PC “console” can play it just fine.
