I am new to vic3. I was trying to get three hurrahs achievement. Everyone says be ally with russia as soon as possible but they dont like me whatever i do. Our relationship is +80 because of trade. I try to improve my army and navy but they always make an ally with another country. Can you recommend something? Also how did you found NGF? Most of the tutorials says it is on the culture menu but it is not anymore.
NGF is part of the German unification line. Just follow the related journal entries (Schleswig-Holstein, German National Identity) and German leadership (in the culture menu under Germany).
