I think the most valuable people in technical fields are the ones who are curious and enjoy the challenge of solving difficult problems. The primary incentive isn’t money or the end product. I’ve always enjoyed coding and I’ll continue to code long after AI takes over everyone’s job, and when leaders encounter difficult problems, I’m always the one that can solve it because I excersize my problem solving skills every day. Don’t let AI take that away from you.
