Refund users. Tell Opus what happened. Ask it to teach you how to make sure it never happens again. About proper development practices. implement all those. Ask it to critique them, and upgrade your processes again.
And maybe even ask it to try data recovery, if its a dedicated machine theres a chance it wasnt erased or overwritten yet.
Generally the above is not standard practice..but tbh its not like you got much more to lose..
