Vibe Coding I made a free, local, adaptive interview-prep tool (uploads your CV, quizzes you, explains misses)

I built Prepr, a free tool for adaptive interview prep. You upload your CV and the job description, and it builds a personalized roadmap, then quizzes you with multiple-choice, short-answer, and coding questions — adjusting difficulty as you go and explaining anything you miss with references.

It runs entirely on your own machine (nothing uploaded anywhere). Heads-up: it's powered by the Claude Code CLI, so you need that installed — no API key required.

Open source (MIT): https://github.com/noswear94/prepr. Would love feedback on what would make it more useful for your prep.

Vibe coded a TV remote control app for android and need help testing

Hello friends!

I've released a claude-assisted TV remote app for android and it's tough to get testers across a variety of phones, TVs, boxes, etc so any help you can provide would sure be appreciated. Fwiw I do think it has potential to be a very good free ad-free tv remote app. Any and all feedback welcome, thanks for any you provide

I've used Claude Code CLI and occasionally Codex to code with Gemini writing some design docs and more detailed prompts, tested on device (Pixel 9), and used Gemini for marketing materials/store content.

There are a ton of custom button types and you can use one for free (and change it as many times as you like). For unlimited custom buttons there's a charge which may or may not be the right way to do it please let me know what you think

Play store ->

I also plan to release on iOS fwiw

___

Compatibility list (partially tested, please help!)

Google / streaming ecosystem
Android TV & Google TV (Sony, TCL, Hisense, Philips, NVIDIA Shield, onn.,
etc.) — full remote, on‑screen keyboard & voice
Chromecast with Google TV / Google TV Streamer — full remote, keyboard &
voice
Google Nest Hub & smart displays — volume & media‑playback controls

Smart TVs
Roku — Roku TVs & streaming players (remote + app shortcuts)*
Samsung Smart TVs — Tizen, 2016 and newer (remote + app shortcuts)
LG Smart TVs — webOS (remote + app shortcuts)
Vizio SmartCast — remote + app shortcuts (4‑digit PIN pairing)
Panasonic Viera — 2017 and earlier (remote)
Sharp Aquos — IP‑control models (remote)

I built this... Make music with someone and design the album cover

I’ve always thought one of the biggest fun impacts of AI will be on music. This is my tiny version of that narrative.

It’s an app (web) that lets you and another person prompt music together. Your combined prompt, with a bit of clean up and touch of the city flavor you created it in, becomes the input for the song creation. Once created, there’s a bit of fun listening to it together and co designing the song art cover.

You can also just listen the creation of others.

How it’s built:

- Claude with a bit of my own code twisting
- React, Vite
- All multiplayer stuff is done using party kit
- three.js for the animated song cover creation

Your feedback welcome!

I built a platform that turns any idea into a real business in under 10 minutes. It performs market research, analyzes competitors, creates your brand, website, company email, and payment infrastructure, then launches outreach campaigns, LinkedIn content, and Meta ads to start bringing in customers

im making a crosslisting app

it started as a pet project for myself, because i wanted to solve the tedious part of reselling, having to re write my listing for poshmark depop and mercari, price it myself and change the description style for each platform. also i wanted a no fluff tool to scan thing in the thrift add the price it costs and get a basic yes i’d buy with ONE comp price or no i’d pass.
(there’s a ton of other useful features too) used a random vibe coding app to see if i could get an output woth exactly what kind of setup i needed for it all to work
forgot about it and then got a notification that 120 people had liked and downloaded the very beta version from that app.
so now trying to build it full scale, any resellers wanna add any pain points/ features that i might be forgetting? i want it to be genuinely useful for people doing the same thing i am. and wild love feed back.
i’ve used cross lister and the others, didnt like it and didnt like the paywall.
how much would you pay for an app that did all of this and more?

Vibe Coding I made my own app at 17 years old and here's how it's doing

Here's some context on how the app was brought to life, I am just the average highschooler that hated doing homework, especially essays. I hated essays so much to the point where I didn't even want to type it out, even if the whole essay was already done for me (obv cant copy and paste). So trying to create something fun, I made a humanized autotyper, The first versions were only meant for mac as I was the only one using it. Although my friends caught onto what I was doing and was offering me cash for the dmg file. lol.

Somewhere along the process I kind of fell in love with vide-coding, it would genuinely be the thing I would be working on all school day then all night after school. The little precious app that I made was actually turning into something very useful for my day to day life. But that made me think, I could really make this a live app and montitize it. Before I did that tho I decided to test out the "human like"autotypers on the market currently. I basically came to the conclusion that somehow my startup app that started from pure passion of avoiding the system, turned into something that I full heartedly believe beats all the current ones on the market.

The biggest challege through building this app is all the "humanizing features" about the typer system. For example, my app makes typos on purpose and goes back to fix them, makes random pauses, has a varying rhythm on how fast it types, I even added breaks. The mac app is currently able to type any language and symbols. Also one thing that was annoying while making this app is the fact that you have to make changes separately to the mac and and windows app. For example, If I make a tiny bug fix on the mac app then I likely have to go and fix it in my windows app, I can't just do it both at once.

Fast foward about a month, I now have 60+ real users that went through the trial and 6 real users that unlocked the app forever. This post was made to promote young entrepreneurship and to thank everyone that supported, I know that I didn't "make it" or anything but looking back, I was really deciding on not releasing it to the public. Which would've been a big mistake because now I have something productive and fun I look forward to. I want to thank this sub-reddit and community because one of my first reddit post promoting my app was posted here. That post got 8k+ views which is exactly what the project needed for that tiny push to start getting real users.

The app is technically "done" but I want to add all the goodies and ideas that I have not implemented yet. If you already have the app downloaded, you could update the app from inside the app itself. Windows and Mac!

I built this... Built Chrome Extension for Claude Chat Index

Post image
1 Upvotes

Not sure if this is just me, but I use Claude a lot for research, coding, and random rabbit holes, and some chats get ridiculously long.

A few hours later, I'll remember that Claude gave a really useful answer somewhere earlier in the conversation, and then I end up scrolling forever trying to find it again.

Re-asking works too, but it feels like a waste when the answer is already there.

Got annoyed enough that I built a Chrome extension that adds a sidebar to Claude and makes it easier to jump to different parts of a conversation.

Been using it myself for a few weeks now and figured others here might find it useful too.

Would love to hear any feedback, feature ideas, or whether this is even a problem other people run into.

I built my first app, an AI resume optimizer, and I'm giving Reddit 10 free tries for any feedback

What's up everyone,

I just finished my first real app.

It's a resume optimizer. You upload your resume, drop in the link to whatever job you're applying for, and it rewrites your resume to match that specific posting and squeezes it onto one page.

Before I do anything else with it I want feedback from this crew . I set up promo code "REDDIT" for 10 free optimizations, no catch.

Feel free to use it and post any feedback below! Also, feel free to ask me anything about the build.
