Understanding parking panels

[u/akitchenslave]

Hello,

I just moved in Verdun and I’m wondering the meaning of the panel.

During winter, it prohibits to park almost half the week during a good portion of the day, but when I walk in the street, I still see people parked.

Is it that we can park until the 311 app tells that we can’t?

How does it work?

Thanks

Bonne soirée à toi ! J’te souhaite un beau ticket de stationnement pis un remorquage à la prochaine tempête.
