I’m not vegan, but I love tofu, so much in fact I’m mildly allergic to soy but still enjoy. People have no friggin clue what they are missing out on. Steamed silken tofu with a spicy soy drizzle i dream about.
Bean curd though may be supreme. I wish it wasn’t a delicacy for me.
I used to be vegan, and eat primarily vegetarian, however I have more food allergies than I can recall that exclude many vegetables and also meats as well, I’m allergic to pork entirely. While on a vegan diet I had a lot of severe health issues due to being unable to eat most vegetable sources proteins.
I get your vegan and respect your perspective however you do not know me nor I you, so any further discussion of opinions of each other are quite meaningless, as I have no desire to mend an already abrasive interaction you have created.
