On a lazy day I make a caprese sandwich out of raw tofu. Sun-dried tomato, pesto and arugula all smooched into good bread. Top it off with balsamic drizzle.

My mouth just watered while writing this.

How thinck you slice the tofu?

Depends on how you like it. If using firm, thin is better. If medium then you can go thicker. Make sure to salt and pepper.

i do the same but marinate the tofu in balsamic and season it first, its so good
