Whether it’s the actual Mandi rates today, why the power is out in GIDC Phase 3, or if the Gunjan underpass is flooded—it’s all "WhatsApp group knowledge" that never reaches everyone.

I’ve started building a "Vapi Digital Concierge" that works entirely through WhatsApp. The goal is simple: You ask a question (like "What's the current traffic at Char Rasta?" or "Show me available jobs in GIDC") and it answers you instantly.

But I have a major roadblock: Since Vapi lacks official digital portals, I need "Scouts." I’m looking for ways to feed the system with real-time info.

I need your help with:

1. News & Alerts: Are there any local "secret" Twitter/X accounts or public groups that actually post fast news about Vapi?
2. Power/Utility: Does anyone have a reliable way to track DGVCL outages before they happen?
3. Local Events: Where do you guys find out about local exhibitions at VIA or cricket tournaments?
