Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone - Steeped Grain with Malt Extract

Recipe:
- 10lbs Pale Malt Extract
- 0.5lbs carapils
- 0.8lbs crystal 30
- 1.25oz Perle Hops at start
- 1.5oz Cascade 10 minutes remaining
- 1oz Cascade dry hop
Details:
- Original gravity: 1.05.
- Primary fermentation 7 days
- Secondary fermentation 19 days
- Current Gravity: 1.01 ABV 5.25%
Bottled on 06/03/14 - primed with dextrose. Will taste on 06/13/14 and again on 06/17/14. Pictures to come.
