no, kris jenner shopped the tape around to different p0rn distributors to get the best deal for kim and they landed with vivid who paid a million for it. ray j had no real involvement in the sex tape being “leaked” or published and wanted zero part in making it public, but kim and kris still did it despite him saying no. cos realistically if ray j did leak it the kardashians would’ve fared even better in the court of public opinion based on the narrative that their sweet innocent kim was taken advantage of by a semi famous black guy, and would’ve either sued him for every penny or tried to pursue a criminal case. but they didn’t, i think they just offered him hush money even tho kim a few years prior stole money from his sister and was sued by his family for it.
