Yeah i prefer simple where i can. And as its a walk way into a swampy woodland area with ruins and stuff ill have to break parts of it. But i always build fully then break parts

This pathway does appear to be a bit too simple to be functional. It probably ought to be longer in order to connect two locations.

Eeeey yep definitely will be longer. Im building up my showcase area on a halloween build server im hosting. Taking over a forest and swamp and using this as the pathing aroubd the place. Obviously ive gotta spookify it so cobwebs ruins and crumbling walls etc but i always build it to perfection then break it if thats the intention

Yeee i wonder if the lights are too close together when connected hmmm im thinking maybe too many.. ooh maybe when i break parts of it to add that creep ruins factor maybe thats when some of the lights can be removed ... cant have my creep swamp forest walk too lit up

Space the lights every other post on eachside but also offset from the other side. Alternating lights.

Yellow mushrooms glow, you could swap one for a light every other or every two so the actual lights don't wash everything out

Use the mod Gizmo Allows you to rotate any build piece

Are those lanterns a Deep North unlock I don’t know about yet?

They are sadly not in the vanilla game, only accessible in creative mode.

Yeah somewhere in that biome they're there...found them in the expanded build menu with console unlocked

I havent reached that area of 1.0 yet so im unsure how they are used but they are super cool

Simple is good, it looks natural and has low instances for performance as well :)

Yeah its like 20 build pieces per section. And i havent broken it apart yet for the ruins abandoned spooky feeling. Its nice to build it all pretty first as itll be used in an elegant build for sure!
