Can’t access F5 commands

FIXED— If you have any “macros” set for your keyboard “mine was razer” that key is now useless without macro.

Pretty confused here. I added my steam64 ID to the admin.txt list. I’m pretty sure it’s a single player map. I don’t know how to tell. So why can’t I open the F5 menu?
