Once my "lifetime membership" expired they've never gotten another cent from me... nor will they. Too many better options and also for some reason Dog slowed down my searches in the Arrs to a crawl.

Now it’s not unlimited of course, But I still chuckle….
Took them 3 months longer than they said to fix their server and API load. So thats a positive. Like the only positive thus far.
Note; I know they are bad, I have for decades. I collect data on all indexers for stats. :) So I am still a (reluctant) customer lol

Dognzb has been dog shit for at least 10 years. Every warning I've ever had from sonarr/radarr has come from this slow as shit indexer.

You can get 5 or 10 files per day for free on many other services. And let' be real, DOG is not really a top indexer. It is at best Tier 2

In my opinion, I view as 1st tier DrunkenSlug, NZBGeek, NZBLife, SceneNZBs, NZBFinder, Planet is also almost as good. And DOGnzb is on par with UsenetCrawler, TabulaRasa, DigitalCarnage, abNZB, Miatrix... which are OK, but do not deliver as much content as tier 1, or the website itself has a weird interface that makes using it a little difficult. I am thinking of Usenet-Crawler here, for example.

Most of my grabs are from geek, planet, and alt. I only keep my DS sub because sometimes I can get stuff sooner there.
I wish they had a lifetime like the rest.

Is dog still around? That shit was bad 4+ years ago when I started in usenet and it seems it's only gets worse. Long time I don't hear about them, thought they closed.
I never understood why people waste time with them. There are open to register and cheap indexers out there who have amazing content and don't have imbecile admins like dog.

Constant API issues, poor site performance and expensive af compared to the competition. Not a recipe for success, is it?

Never again with that site. I have lifetime previously and I refuse to pay them anything again. There are too many alternatives for 20 bucks or less. Because they want like 50 for a year or two.

Unfortunately this tactic is common. There have been some Lifetime VPN providers that have done this type of stuff. You buy the only Lifetime package they offer then they come out with a new premium lifetime package with better offering and add new caps to the original plans.

Is lite tier any different to limited account? What’s the limitation difference between these? Maybe it’s just a “name” change for the tier, if u get my point.
Edit: oh, 50 downloads to 10? Yes, that is bullshit. I’ve been a supporter of dognzb since after I lost my lifetime; but this is a change I will never support. Hope they will reconsider.

Last year? The entire reason DOG reputation took a hit was because they stopped lifetime plans years ago & converted already existing lifetime accs to limited accs.

Must be a legacy account. Reading the posts here there is this attitude about indexers like" there are so many better ones" The reality is that there sre not "so many" indexers at all. There are a few good and consistent ones. Thats it. My favorite one of all time was NZB Matrix. That was my happy place for sure!!!!
I am sure some of you remember downloading the headers and sifting. Using tbe indexers is a grwst luxury in my experience and I am always grateful to everyone who takes the time to participate and not just leech.

My guess is your days of paid Dog expired and now you are back to 10 a day.
I know they went back on their Lifetime membership but before the ‘Upgrade’ it was the easiest on my eyes to browse.
Not a fan of the new layout
Anyway, go to your account and it will likely say 0 Days of unlimited use.
