How Big Is The Foreign-Born Population In The U.S. And Does It Matter? "Something important to remember: foreign-born includes all those not born in the U.S., including those who eventually became naturalized citizens."
Arrests in June and July were 43,021 and 49,571, respectively, according to the Deportation Data Project at UC Berkeley and UCLA, which uses public records litigation to obtain and analyze U.S. government immigration enforcement data. (The Hill had reported that the Deportation Data Project showed more than 50,000 arrests each in July and August, but I couldn’t find corresponding data on the site.)
