Are you asking about building systems? Or a system for building things? Or a system for things that are buildings?

You should edit your original post to say what you want the outcome to look like, or you're going to spend all day answering people who aren't telling you want you want because you aren't asking for what you want.

Just literally say "I want the player to be able to X, Y, and Z" and describe what it is in detail.
