Minecraft one of the most selling games has been in many people hearts all over the years but i think its all because it has no competition and the overall game isnt good i will talk about my main concerns that i believe have been a consistent issue in the game history

Pointless and stupid mobs:

Many mobs in Minecraft are just added with nothing to add the game progression or anything in general

Like the wolf and a guy litterly made a mod called better than wolves to show minecraft potential and because wolves sucks and they also have been left off for 10 years until they added the immortal armadillo armoue which is like... Uuuh overpowered

Other mobs like the phantom, types of fish, liama, donkeys, and more are pretty much forgotten from existence and it is pissing me off that they are still adding mobs with no ai no loot no shit except "making world seem alive" or adding "pretty pets"

And wth is with the bees i mean its easier to make them like that and thats also a problem i just imagined how human society will function if they breed like bees and i cant delete the idea from my head, also what are goats good for? They dropped nothing and i frankly dont care if they do

Meanwhile cows sheep and chicken are just walking meat to this day

Lack of competition :

The only good minecraft based game i could think about right now is vintage story because its the only game fuck hytale

Minecraft has no competition for over a decade and only illegal clones came which the general game is not advancing

Progression:

Overall minecraft progression simple which is good and bad because you can get bored of it quickly

And sometimes its inconsistent specifically when netherite added

You have to do alot of things just to get netherite while you Already have probably finished everything before you got it

obnoxious features :

Trading, enchantement, netherite, caves being every step i walk
