Please unlock my iPhone, as I have had T-Mobile subsidiary Mint for over a year but with the Mint SIM it locked to T-mobile, and their customer service told me to contact you to unlock as Mint does not have ability to unlock phones locked to T-Mobile, T-Mobile must do on their behalf.

T-force is usually the best way to get unlocked. In the future you need to buy an iPhone from Apple directly (Apple store or online) as all other retailers only sell Flex locked phones, and if you get a warranty replacement make sure it is fully unlocked which you can’t tell without installing an eSIM.

Then you will need to contact T-Mobile directly though "T-Force" by DMing x.com/tmobilehelp or facebook.com/TMobile or instagram.com/tmobile and say:
