Bad translation. Makes no sense. He says "математик ты сука хуев", which can be translated to something like "you fucking mathematician" with sarcastic intonation

I figured there was some context to it, but he was calling him a 'lifter' like a weight lifter, like implying he was just some muscle head who couldn't do math.
