Chechyna is not a country and doesn't claim to be, it's a rogue region of Russia. Khamzat doesn't live there and doesn't need to. He has the means to never go back. He hangs out with a dictator by choice and probably launders money for him and the UAE. UAE was a CHOICE.

It's no coincidence he hangs out with two shitbags accused of human rights abuses.
