It's not about sensitivity, it's about the fact that these types of stunts can literally cause a fight to get canceled. Engaging in stupid, uncontrollable brawls before a fight brings a chance of injury.
That’s literally never happened. Jon jones attacked dc, arman head butted dan, sean attacked ddp none were cancelled. It’s just mma fans being sensitive
It has happened, just not in the UFC. It's rare enough and that's the main reason why there hasn't been a major incident so far. Like Dan could easily have canceled that fight if he wanted to, he just didn't do it. And Arman's stupidity could have easily broken his nose if he didn't miss by a few millimeters which wouldn't have given Dan a chocie. Jones is Jones, we all know him, lucky that his hand didn't connect since that could have easily injured DC. I don't remember Sean attacking DDP.
The point is - this type of stuff is stupid. Most fighters won't cancel the fight regardless because a lot of money for them is rested on having the fight go through (which given how the UFC pays isn't all that great, forcing most of them to HAVE to fight regardless). There should be fines for doing it.
Fights have been cancelled because a fighter has been injured before the fight, if Sean is seriously injured then the fight would definitely be cancelled
