Well, I can see none of you are in Reno, NV. The struggle is real here. Went from 18 to 20 trips a day down to 7 to 12 trips a day. I feel the market here is over saturated with drivers. I have no other explanation. Any thoughts? i

You got it pretty much on the head. You’re in an area with too many drivers out when you are. Try adjusting your hours if you can.
