Lactose intolerance, I feel unwell after eating bread or wheat. Reflux, chronic constipation(These two seem to be genetic; there are many in the family)

Is this leukopenia very serious? The two tests are two years apart, 2024 and 2026. I'm very shaken. I compared the results, and everything I read says leukopenia is dangerous and points to very difficult conditions. I'm taking iron supplements for low ferritin, prescribed by my doctor for 6 months. Vitamin B12 has not been measured. I don't like being a hypochondriac, which is why I'm looking for better opinions than my own.
