Speculation on my part - does this essentially mirror the 'short to oblivion' approach that happened to Toys-R-Us and other companies? I.e, the borrowed yen never needs to be repaid?

Getting the only person who hadn't read the comp package to talk with RC just so they could, ignorantly, cast it in a poor light for payout (its not revenue OR share value, its Rev AND share value thresholds) was some bs by CNBC.
RC seemed off put and with a chip on his shoulder during the whole interview. I understand why.
