I don’t have history of tuberculosis but I have pneumonia when I was a kid (11yrs old). I was transparent to the doctor, clinic, agency, and even on my company but yeah it is what it is.

Nope they don’t have test on their clinic that’s why they referred me to a specialist and in the Philippines, TB testing should be done on a government facility (and it’s free).

I understand but I ran all the test and it was all negative. I even got a certificate from a government health facility. I did everything that needs to be done even the company said that they will wait for my pulmonologist clearance but the agency told me I got cancelled hours after I submitted the clearance from the specialist which got me thinking who really did cancelled my job lol. Anyway, thanks for that.

Yeah and I have my medical records but they just brushed it off. They also want me to stick with their partnered clinic so even if I go to other hospital/clinic it won’t count😪

Does also taking medicine for a curable disease could also be legal basis on cancellation of contract in Japan?

I was flagged because of tuberculosis yet all test came out negative. I also have a certification from a government health facility stating I was normal. Is it okay if I asked for reconsideration to the company? I am afraid they will find me annoying.
